I've heard people tell me for years how wonderful yoga is for me. They site Raquel Welch's 60-year-old-that-looks-like-a 20-year-old body as a prime example. So, I've decided to give it a try and I picked Kathy Smith, who always does great videos with do-able tasks (not just a bunch of beautiful bodies, the likes of which I'll never see on my bones!). If you'd like to join me, this is the one I'm using.
